I was treated awful by a worker there. It was a terrible experience! They weren't busy at all, and I believe the only have a few hairdressers. Maybe this is the reason.

I went in today and asked if the person who cut my hair was available. When I was told she no longer worked there, I asked did they she know if she's cutting hair somewhere else ( I had given her an excellent review before). I was screamed at, and treated HORRIBLE! These people are soo unprofessional!!! And to think, I was in the middle of asking could someone else there cut my hair.

The shop was great when Bruce was running the place and giving cuts. You could see from the time it opened the owners started really changing things and tightening the screws. I would not recommend it.

Had great long hair, showed a picture of what I wanted and the length....... The cut was too short and not remotely close to what I showed. Stay away, save yourself the second haircut with someone to fix the screw up

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked my boyfriend an appointment here since we are new to st Pete and they scheduled him with Benaiah K. I don't know if this guy is new to cutting or just that awful. Never in his life has a barber made him bleed he cut his ear with the clipper and didn't even apologize. He then got him again lower on his neck. At the end of the appointment he had the audacity to ask for a tip.

I waited a while to write this because I was hoping the owner would do the right thing, but apparently, he's incapable. Or his employees never contacted him on my issue. Either way, do not come here. Let start with the services. I came for a head shave, face shave, and ear/nose wax. I prepaid (and pre-tipped) when I booked, but I guess that's on me. Haircut was about 5 minutes because another barber was late and there were people waiting. Ended up not looking at all like the picture I showed and after explaining I usually comb it all to the side as it showed in the picture I provided, the barber said, "well it's a good haircut so you can just comb it that way."

I am trying to find my go-to spot for haircuts in St Pete and had high hopes for this place today. Unfortunately this isn't my place. My experience was not that of a "Full Service Luxury Barber Shop" as the website states. For a $42 haircut I'd expect to be offered a drink as some of the other Yelp reviews have indicated is included. The services on the website as well as when I booked the haircut stated a shampoo is included with all haircuts, which it is not. I was in need of a haircut and could not go to my regular place, so i walked into the man cave. There was a man told me to come over, said his name was Beniah and that he was my barber, talked a big game but never followed through. I told him what i wanted and right off he became difficult with me. Telling me Not to tell him how to cut my hair, that he was an "professional barber".
