Had a great experience - clean - kind staff - quick to get to me - and a hell of a job fixing my teeth! So happy I went :)
One of the nurses at the front desk was very rude to me .And most of the staff looked dismissively at me in the waiting area .the zoom whitening did not work
Quality of service is excellent But Half hour wait for a simple cleaning at 10 am is not all right. And then to be told that the dentist for the exam that is known to be part of the appoinemt is not in..... Oh wee - I'll still go back to Dr Charnass with any dental needs

The woman behind the counter who greeted me was especially nice and knowledgeable about my pre-appointment history. I then relaxed in the massage chair, which was incredible. Then Yokanna was extremely nice, professional and very good at her work. Oh, and those wax gloves made the appointment as pleasant as possible! Editorial review from Citysearch Appointments start/finish on time; thorough but gentle teeth cleaning (Natascha is EXCELLENT) and a good look at your mouth by Dr. Charnas that is MUCH better than the perfunctory scan many other dentists (barely) give you; they keep an eye on changes from prior visits, for things like any teeth movement or gum erosion. Highly recommend.\r

Editorial review from Citysearch Everyone's very nice, they do a thorough job, keep you comfortable, don't try to sell you work you don't need, the office itself is clean, modern and pleasant with city views. My only problem is the wait times. If you go in for a cleaning/checkup, best to allot a solid hour and a half. You'll wait to be seen, wait as the hygienist checks on another patient, wait some more for the dentist to drop in and examine you after the cleaning.\r
