RecommendedAfter 6 weeks in the hospital and 6 weeks at Madonna for a stroke my dad continues to receive amazing skilled nursing rehabilitation care at Maple Crest Health Center. The nurses and support staff are thoughtful, the therapists are helping Dad make more strides every day. I can’t say enough of the staff. Courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and always looking ahead. My dad has many challenges ahead of him but great people with him to keep him going.

my dad has been there a year now. the beginning was hard for him but the last few months he is eating, gaining g weight and doesnt seem to be in a fog like he was.
