Today I got to see the letter of sympathy that Maplewood sent to me from when i brought in my cat, Leo Pittytat. Encased inside was a beautiful personal note from Leo's veterinarian as well as A paw print they took from him. The staff has been amazing, always kind and very understanding. I dont think i could have gone through it all without them. So thank you Maplewood for all of your kindness you have always given. You been great every visit, the good and the bad. :)
There is no other place I would take any pet than Maplewood Animal Hospital. They were wonderful when our hedgehog was sick. When he passed, they were comforting and so sweet. Thank you Maplewood Animal Hospital!
I have been taking my animals to Mapelwood for 10+ years. My little Chihuahua Sophia got picked up by a hawk and needed same day medical care. I have been taking Sophia there from the day I got her. She had heart failure along with other medical conditions they treated her for. When I called Maplewood and told them what happened to Sophia they agreed that she did need to be seen today. The staff at maplewood animal hospital are very hard working amazingly nice people. There a little pricey, but you know the saying "you get what you pay for". I've been going for almost 3 years I think and have never had a problem. The staff are very knowledgable and they are very caring about a loss of your beloved family pet. They take very good care of my dog courage hes my life.
Don't go to them if you don't have an appointment your dog could be dying and they will turn you away. Worst service ever my daughter is extremely sick and they turned me away. ������ horrible service horrible
I made an appointment for my cat that needed to be seen immediately due to her having major seizures, and when I said I would need to talk to my work to make sure I could be there, the receptionist told me "Don't worry, if you can't be there you can drop her off and we can still get her checked out!" Awesome! Until I called this morning and they told me that I can't drop her off because they have already has 3 drop offs this morning and are WAY to busy, so I'd have to reschedule for Saturday. We have had a number of emergencies today along with a full schedule of appointments. I use to love going to you guys but it seems every time I need an appointment it has to be 4-5 days out. I don't understand how you don't have emergency slots in your schedule for important and unexpected emergencies. My dog was in severe pain and while trying to explain to the receptionist what was going on she rudely interrupted me and repeated twice that she could only schedule 4 days out. Totally unacceptable.
