I called to schedule a cleaning appt. while we were back in DE for 2 weeks. Was pleasantly surprised to get an appt.the same day. The male hygienist was thorough and friendly. All staff was pleasant and professional.
I found the constant lecture by the hygienist to be offensive. I have always taken care of my teeth and there is no need to go on and on. She did an okay job, but needs to consider her audience before lecturing me the whole time on periodental disease, etc. She didn't need to keep talking about it but there was nothing to be done to help it. I hope to have a different hygienist next time.
It was very good, considering that I do not like to go to the dentist.
Never been treated So poorly. dr Steve is crude and unprofessional and I think he needs help. The rest of staff is great.
We had some kind of date mix up. Your records showed that my appt. was on July 16th but my reminders said July 10th. Don't know what the problem was, I thought I must have the wrong date but according to my info, it was the correct date. I greatly appreciated your taking care of me no matter what the problem was. Thank you.

I was taken in on a timely basis. Dr. Wright gave me novocain and then Bonny scaled my upper right quadrant. It was pretty invasive and Bonny suggested I take a pain reliever when I got home. To me, this is a dental procedure and even if the doctor didn't do it, I think he should have checked the outcome at the end. I am not that comfortable being left in the hands of a hygienist when I think what is being done to me is an expensive dental procedure. That is my only criticism.
