Professional, courteous service. Very pleased with total experience so far. Initial contact with staff was very impressive from front desk to individual staff personnel. Both the technician who took the X-rays as well as Dr Dan gave me a clear understanding of the condition of my mouth They listened to my concerns and provided initial solutions. Very friendly, professional and concerned.
High quality dental service I'm always happy to go to my appointment at Maplewood Dental! My reception is always warm and personal as well as my checkout. The office staff work so hard and are always proficient. My hygienist Michelle is through, personal and has excellent dental skills. She explains all the procedures. They listened to me. Starting with the receptionists. They were friendly and very helpful in answering any questions I had in filling out the paper work. I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the Maplewood practice. Michelle, the hygienist, was very knowledgeable and competent. The experience was very good and I will be returning to your office in the future. I have recommended your practice to friends. As always, I had an excellent experience (I have been a patient for 30 years!). Sara, the hygienist, was excellent, and Dr. Dan was clear and direct and totally professional.
