Excellent Service Very pleased that Dr Dan and Brandy could see me on such short notice. I was in and out of the office in less then 30 minutes. The cap had unexpectedly come off my implant post on Saturday. I was able to call Monday morning for an appointment and was seen at 11:00 on the same day. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Sunshiney Day! A visit to the dentist is not always the easiest part of a day, but whenever I have walked into Maplewood, I always receive smiles and kind words! I have been a patient since I was a child, being cared for by many of the hygenist staff and dentists and I must say that I mostly remember pleasant times over the stress and worry about whether this will be a painful procedure. Nice, Professional, Courteous, Thorough. This practice seems to run like a well-oiled machine. No long wait past your appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Procedures were explained completely and time was given to ask questions. Dr. Dan was thorough, friendly, compassionate and honest. Kristy worked with me to receive any insurance coverage or financing as needed. Laurie was terrific - took all the X-rays and worked up the history.
