Patient of 8 years Today I received my semiannual teeth cleaning, and was happy to find that the dental technician handled it the way I preferred. Sometimes that is not the case. I was asked if there were any changes to the information they had on record regarding my address, etc. and list of medications. Then I was asked if I had any problems. Excellent care My hygienist was awesome and provided excellent care. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.
The consultation was informative, precise and provided me with options. Lori and Dr. Steve were professional and courteous and provided me with insight as to the proposed treatment ,which was most helpful. My only surprise came at the check out when I was informed that the visit cost $78. Not that the fee was unreasonable, but I thought Lori said that the consultation was free. Please clarify, as I may have misunderstood.
Semi Annual Cleaning I do miss Martha! Floss was not used on difficult areas. Dentist did not check me after cleaning, as in previous visits.
Best Filling! I love your office and all the staff! Everyone is super friendly, kind and willing to assist. Thank you for such great service!

Kind and gentle Thank you to Dr. Steve and his dental asst. she was so sweet! I wouldn't go here if you all were the way dentist used to be! I am disabled and they help to make me comfortable and truly I feel cared about! When I had my teeth cleaned by Cinda she didn't hurt me I felt no pain! First time ever! So thanks to all the kind staff and Dr. Steve and Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to you all!
Faulty Equipment The visit would have been better for Michelle and me if her equipment functioned properly, it was unnecessarily uncomfortable
