I visited Maplewood Dental for an emergency visit due to a broken tooth. Dr. Luckenbaugh x-rayed and analyzed the tooth, and gave me the options and his opinion as to the best course of action to take. He explained each action before beginning, and the procedure was completely painless.
Everyone is always pleasant and efficient when I am there. It seems to me, that is the way all medical offices, indeed all people, should be. Thank you, Jim (J.E.) Smith
I don't know if this is the proper word to describe a visit to your dentist office bit I will have to say it was "enjoyable".
First name welcome, is very acceptable, I almost felt I was greeted by my family, I felt very comfortable during the interview. I sometimes forget I've been retired for over 30 years, and reached the age of 94. , The mind isn't as sharp as it used to be, just bare with me and will do just fine. thanks. Keeper Harry
I was seen on time. Everyone in the office is pleasant and professional. My dentist was able to solve a problem I was having. I find that the staff has very effective listening skills.

Gina was amazing - really put me at ease and was so ready to work with me on my "dentist issues". I actually laughed a couple of times - a first for me! :)
Dental Hygenist (sorry didn't get her name, she is fairly new) was absolutely great, very polite and treated my wife who is handicapped with great care and respect; front office always excellent and the dentist who examined Genevieve was very professional.
Great service, pleasant staff. Would like to see some sort of discount for either Senior or uninsured with prompt payment.
