We have been going to Mabletown Animal Hospital for many years and the quality of care and compassion has gone down hill bad ! They are not personable AT ALL. The vet didn't even step foot in the room once. She peeked in and told my husband his tests cane back fine and walked away. My husband had to ask about all the vaccinnes, shots etc. We had asked them to express his anal glands as well. All they seemed to be concerned with was telling us prices and making money. They need need improve on how they treat their guests. not everyone has the ability to take their animal in right away due to any reason, work, money, or the fact that that want to try to treat at home. selfish people for blaming an owner for something they couldn't control. bad practice. awful service, and workers showing aggression.
Don't sign up for the Paw Plan. Even if your dog dies, you still have to pay. No one ever told us that and here we are, dead dog, $780 bill, and we paid $1400 for the surgery that ended up killing our dog. Thanks Marbletown.
