Marcela was the most helpful and caring person. She was on top of everything for us and would always be there if we had any questions and we also were able to sit down and discuss everything that we needed to be answered. Marcela was great to work with—she provided fast responses and helpful feedback throughout the mortgage process, which made things much smoother. I really appreciated her guidance on what to do now and in the future. The only thing I would have liked to see improved is communication during the underwriting stage. It would have been more convenient if I had received a full list of required documents upfront, rather than needing to go back and forth with my CPA for signed forms multiple times.
