Marcela was great to work with—she provided fast responses and helpful feedback throughout the mortgage process, which made things much smoother. I really appreciated her guidance on what to do now and in the future. The only thing I would have liked to see improved is communication during the underwriting stage. It would have been more convenient if I had received a full list of required documents upfront, rather than needing to go back and forth with my CPA for signed forms multiple times.
