Explaining of various scenarios in our cash out refinance, follow through in communication, and willingness to look over another offer we had from our current mtg company to explain the positive and negative points we did not understand and, while the interest rate was a lil higher, Marcia’s knowledge and understanding made us choose to stick with someone we trusted.
