Marica was good for the most part. We had an issue with signing that caused a delay, and nobody communicated the issue until after we expected to close. They excessively send junk mail after closing. I have received at least 9 mailings pushing insurance in less than a month. I got 6 in one week! That excess is causing an opposite effect. Not only do I not want your insurance but this has turned us away from VIP mortgage for future needs.

It' not Marcia's fault, she had planned on going on vacation, we don't fault her. Let's just say there were at least 2 RESPA / TRID violations committed. You had our 6 RESPA data points for over 3 days and I had to ask for a LE. It doesn't matter that you didn't have a completed application, the regulation is quite clear. The LO covering for Marcia told my fiance it was to late to shop for title services. This happened after the LE and long before the Initial CD was issued.
