Where do I even begin! Marcia is the best lender I've ever worked with. Fast, Knows her job well, doesn't promise something she can't deliver. If she issues my client a prequalification letter I know that my buyers have nothing to worry about. All of buyers are able to relax and enjoy their buying experience when Marcia is their lender. When I can avoid it I wouldn't use anyone else. I only refer Marcia when a buyer comes to me to purchase a home.
