It isn't a personal attack on Maria, but the process could be refined. I was constantly repeating everything I provided. It seemed that there was a lot of confusion. While some of the issues were also on my end, with my company and how they paid me. I'm not the 1st to be paid that way. I felt rushed on many items that were needed. I do take it all as a lesson learned for what I would do differently for a future purchase.
Maria was very helpful and there to advise along the way. Just the purchase of a house is demanding with all the document requirements. It's difficult to say it was a great experience but Maria made it as smooth a possible.
