Mariano was very understanding, professional and answered all questions I had very promptly and in a way that made me understand the whole process. He was very proactive in keeping me informed of next steps and requests. The icing on the cake was seeing him at the closing to give me the support and help calm my nerves. Mariano and his team are simply the best. If you want your deals closed, with total transparency, speed, and professionalism, Mariano is the person to go to. My client's first lender dropped the ball and the deal almost died. I contacted Mariano and his team, and he was able to take it to the finish line and close it. If 6 stars rating was an option, I would have given him a 6, but the rating system only gets to 5 stars. So, well deserved 5 stars. Keep up the good work.!
