New Mortgage Experience I recently applied for a first mortgage on my condo with Royal United Mortgage working with Maricia. I was hesitant at first as they were located several states away from me. This ended up being a non issue as Maricia was always available by email or phone to answer my numerous questions and provided great clarification on many things I didn’t understand.
