Overall, the experience was okay. They were patient with my changes. On the contrary, they seemed a bit unsure at tome when providing information. We waited over an hour and a half before we started reviewing the loan terms and signing. That was a bit aggravating just sitting in a cold room. They could use a little more organization or extra help.
