Quick, fast and easy. Overall, the customer service was great. I arrive a little early, emailed my representative, she came out and got me and the process only took about 30 minutes. Only had two original documents to sign and everything else was on the computer.

I have never gotten a personal loan before, or even thought about getting one at all. I have a few home improvements I am currently doing and I did not want to empty my bank account.
