They treated us like they have known us for years yet that was the first time we had ever met them. We were able to get everything done in about an hour and there was a little problem with my wife's paycheck because it's all done by email but her employer had it straightened out in a few minutes and then we signed the paperwork and was on our way. Thank you for a good experience.
