Very pleasant staff. Very timely manner
Very nice and professional.
This is the first time I have borrowed from Mariner. I had to get all my paperwork which is required from all financial institutions. I don't have all that much experience uploading or downloading on the phone. I prefer faxing. Which I was able to get done quickly. I was given several options secured and unsecured loans. I've had trouble in my past credit history. But they structured me a loan that fit. Did everything on the phone except for the documents. The staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with, which made the process much more enjoyable than getting a loan can sometimes be. No hassle and they explained everything in detail.
Excellent customer service, these ladies are the nicest people I've ever meet.
Everyone was very kind, and upbeat. The associate who helped me, Karen, was so helpful and knew her job well. She was certainly wonderful to work with!
Everyone at the local branch office was very nice, very professional, and everything was handled efficiently and quickly, both in person and on the phone since I had a few questions before going to the branch office. The whole process was amazing, and I would most definitely recommend them!
