Kayla was very kind, patient, and understanding. She did everything she could to make sure that we were understanding of the policies and was very helpful with getting us the loan we needed for another vehicle. We appreciate all her hard work, communication skills, and professionalism she expressed while doing her job. Kayla was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations during the process.
