My loan officer, Marisa Ongbhaibulya is fantastic. As a first time homeowner or first time applying a mortgage loan, a lot of things are new to me. Marisa was very patient and responded to my numerous questions promptly, patiently and in great details. She removed much of my anxiety from going into the loan pre-approval to approval to finalization of the loan process. Marisa is great and I'm glad to have her as my loan officer.
Marisa herself is great but I'm removing a star as the support staff at her office were not as well organized as she was.
