Dr. Christian is awesome but you have to deal with his unfriendly staff first.

I met Dr. Christian today. He is my daughter’s doctor. I wanted to understand why he increased my daughter’s dose. I expressed my concern about her growing dependance on prescription drugs in order to feel happy. He explained that her condition is at risk. I didn’t know this because her father has kept her from me against legal custody terms. This doctor has a hard time with communication, he isn't patient when he asks you to explain your medical concern, and I felt it wasn't helping. I gave him another chance staying with that office for a year and I still didn't get a solution to my health concerns. It was also difficult to receive prompt and helpful information with the office staff (secretaries). Very unfriendly at the desk, unprofessional. Many mistakes with typing in my insurance information was frustrating, and Im patient.
Mark Christian is not a doctor... if you desire to fix a medical issue, he is not qualified to help you. I had several visits to find a solution to my stomach issues that I thought was IBS.He told me to stay on a current medication that he thought was NOT the problem,but later I found that medication was the problem. So for 3 years, I missed out on life...in unnecessary pain. It was frustrating to find out when I'd stopped taking the medication (on my own) that it was the medicine he prescribed.
Dr. Christian seems more like a pharmacist than a health care provider. He doesn't have any solutions for anything except for prescribing drugs. He doesn't have any answers for my questions unless it involves a prescription or if it is on WebMD or whatever he is looking at when he is typing in my questions during the visit. I want someone who will help treat and solve the problem, not the symptoms, and Dr. Christian is not that person. Also, the nurse isn't knowledgeable, she isn't helpful.
