Mark was a wonderful guide through the often confusing and complicated process of buying a home. A true professional, he went out of his way to clearly explain what was needed along the way. His regular communications to all of the involved parties were greatly appreciated. He was always available whether during regular business hours or not and never too busy to respond to our many questions. Mark was very accessible and helpful in explaining everything to us, as we are first time home buyers. Mark also suggested many helpful things to do that were not necessarily directly loan related, such as checking out the home after the tenant left to make sure that everything was okay.
