Always a great experience!
Jean and I decided we need an hour for fellowship then time to clean my teeth. I always look forward to my appointment. It is a pleasure to see and visit everyone from the time you walk in until you leave. I was telling Toni my worse fear is everyone will retire before I die. Everyone in this office is professional and very personal. My husband, four children, and I are longtime patients of Mark Helms, and we are so grateful to belong to such a wonderful practice. I just can't say enough about the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail we receive regarding our dental care each time is just incredible!
The service was excellent as always.
I highly recommend this practice for so many reasons. The obvious being the excellent dental care they provide for our whole family. Part of this care is the outstanding staff from reception to all the staff that support the dental care given by Dr. Helms. We were thrilled to be given his name and will continue to receive their outstanding dental care in the future. My 7 and 9 year old always have the best experience too!
All of your people are top notch. Everyone is friendly, considerate, knowledgable and thorough. In all my decades I have never had such a good cleaning as Jean has done. She is engaging and remembers me as an individual not another number. Toni and Wendy have gone above and beyond to schedule me and find me the help I have needed in tough situations. Dr. Helms is skillful and always explains when a treatment isn't necessary or can be monitored. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
Entire Family receive care from this dentist office. The staff are experienced and very good with all dental procedures. The staff enjoy working with patients. Great with sending reminders in advance for upcoming dental appointments.
The back massage was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
