Any question was promptly answered. We received one reply posted at 10pm. We had other notes posted at 6am. Mark is working much too hard to provide top notch service. The process was timely, clear and had no surprises. Over our life time Mark has completed three refinances for us, if we ever do another, Mark will do it. He is the best in the business.
