On 08-18th,16 I had an appointment with DR. Kagen about a skin issue. When Zoe called me to go into his office she was extremely rude to me. She snapped at me not to sit on the chair to my left to sit on the doctor chair. I said this is my first time here. She then said WE NEVER SIT ANYONE IN THAT CHAIR. Like I was suppose to know that. I then said I didn't know that. Then she said put your purse over there on that chair. I said I can see this is not going very well. I'm not happy at all.
