Appointment are scheduled so you are always left waiting for 30 minutes and more. Then you get to the small waiting room for a longer wait before having the pleasure of waiting in the exam room. The office is outdated and the staff is awful. When you are in the office you are ignored for the phone customers yet when on the phone you are on hold for what feels like days ...communications in this office are horrid and the staff are always complaining to each other in ear shot of patients.
