Had to come back with higher bid and had a letter of credit in minutes. We ended up winning the bid on the home with a catch to close in 20 days. Well Mark again was on top of it and had an appraisal booked right away and we closed in 20 days... Mark and his team made it easy and they came through!
Mark was great. I probably wouldn’t have completed a refi if he hadn’t made it so easy. He gave me advice along the way, answered numerous stupid questions, and helped me get through the process while continuing to social distance because of the pandemic.
