The whole staff really does care. I spent 11years at another practice in Livonia and they didn't know my needs half as well as in 3visits here. Your team is efficient and very very nice, be proud!
The quality of patient care is phenomenal. Dr. Langberg take time with each of his patients to ensure they are knowledgeable about their treatment and he provides quality comfort to his patients as well. I did not receive an appt reminder call and the automated text message did not remind me to take specific meds during a specific time prior to my appointment. Thankfully, we were able to work without it and they were very mindful of my comfort and willing to reschedule if necessary. I've been a patient for +4 years and have been going in for the 6 month routine checkups consistently. EVERY time the staff, Dr. Langberg and my experience is excellent. My last visit I have some cavity work done and to my surprise the level of expected discomfort was so low it didn't even register in my head that I actually had dental work done (instead of the usual cleaning).
