Came in for an annual routine check up with my daughter. Everything and everyone made our experience so pleasant. The Dr and all of her staff were so sweet and professional. My daughter breezed through because they made her feel so comfortable. The office was very nice and clean. Didn’t have to wait, walked right in on my appt time.
First and best pediatric dentist office. Booked the last appointment for the day and all the office staff and physician were super nice, friendly, smiling, pretty thorough, and caring for my 18 month old. Made him comfortable and less cranky. Everything astonished me as I have always noticed staff from other offices being rude, passive aggressive to you especially if you are the last one for the day. Highly recommend this place for your loved kids!!!
My 6 year old had a baby tooth that wouldn't come out on its own. He came in to a fun environment with super friendly receptionists. We were taken back quickly. He got cool sunglasses and was reclined back to the show he selected on Netflix on the ceiling! He didn't feel the shot, he didn't care his tooth came out. After he sat up, he wanted to stay and watch more TV. Talk about an experience at the dentist. To top it off, he got a coin to get a toy on his way out. If only my trips to the dentist were this fun as a kid.
Dr. Yoo is so kind and caring with our 3 year old! You can tell she loves kids and loves her job! She always work with my daughter and my daughter honestly loves going to this office. All of the staff are so friendly, I don’t think she even realizes she’s at a doctors office, but thinks she’s coming to play with her friends. Cannot recommend them enough!
The office was recommended to be by my pediatrician. First impression walking in everything was clean and the staff was friendly. They were very good with my 2.5yr old and 9 month old. I was given a run down of how my infants check would go before he was examined. I was very happy with my young kids care.
