Marshall roofing is an excellent organization. I had three other roofing companies that in fact came in lower but the other contractors expertise to manage the project was a very big concern. Marshall Roofing did a fine job replacing our original slate roof several years ago, and this week they reroofed a different section that included skylights and lots of flashing challenges. They carefully removed our LeafFilter gutter screens before working, and opened up a section of roof so that I could improve the insulation over a cold part of the house. Marshall was far and away the best roofing company we've worked with for our 17 yr old townhouse. They contacted me promptly after I requested a quote, came out and gave us several choices for the roofing shingles (good ones and better ones -- we went with the better), and gave us costs for both choices and estimate for the gutters. We had Marshall Roofing do an extensive replacement of our 40 year old house exterior. They replaced aluminum siding, soffits and fascia, plastic window trim and door wood trim with Hardie Plank products. In addition, they installed a new roof and gutters. Their work was impressive-they provided an accurate and comprehensive cost proposal, detailed schedule for product delivery and installation and completed the work as planned.
