Worst experience ever! Unprofessional and incompetent! On Aug 22nd I sent them an email asking about boarding my two dogs between Sep 2nd - 6th. The gave me their price, and confirmed they had availability. I asked them if the administer insulin and meds, and they said yes, so I asked them to reserve a room for me. They asked for vaccinations, and sent me emails requesting I complete new client form, and boarding agreement, which I did the same day. So to clarify: all this happened on Aug 22nd. Called to inquire about bringing our pets in and the woman on the phone was very condescending, will not be bringing my animals here ever.

RecommendedExtremely kind towards my scared dogs needs to be by me during an exam rather than on the exam table. Doctors and techs would work on the floor. When my dog passed they very kind and sympathetic towards me.
