Our precious boy, Cody, was a proud patient of Dr. Waters his whole life. My family and I can say this is one of the best, if not THE best vet in town. We had to say goodbye to him last week, and the staff was so kind and caring to us during that incredibly difficult time. They even sent us a very sweet sympathy card with a picture of a little dog that looked like him. Although we never used the grooming or boarding services, all the cats and dogs looked very well-done and taken care of.
We cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about Martin Downs Animal Hospital!!! We have been with them since 2002� The Patterson Boys (Hudson, Henry and Higgins - aka three weenies) have been saved, boarded and maintained by this AWESOME team!!!!! Recently Dr. Waters helped our Number One All American “Hudson” cross Rainbow Bridge - he was 17! We have always been grateful and will continue to be grateful that MDAH is here���

My fiance worked for them and seemed very passionate about working there. They had monthly meetings where they actually adressed issues the staff brought up to them. What i liked most is how the owners and higher ups treated her, accommodating her pregnancy etc. All in all seems like a great company to work for and get veterinary services done at.
I absolutely love this hospital. From the way they treat animals to their staff, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is cared for and treated right! When you walk in and are greeted by reception you instantly feel welcomed and every issue is addressed promptly. Kennel staff do a fantastic job making sure every individual animal enjoys daycare and boarding experiences while providing comforting pictures to pet owners of their loved ones status.
