Recommendedfor almost 2 years I have been using Martin Relators for my rental property in Waterloo, Iowa. They make sure to keep me updated on all of my property issues as well as sending me monthly reports and yearly ones that have been invaluable come tax season. even though I live in California they are always available via phone and email with one of the most exceptional office teams in the real estate business. I can't recommend them enough if your looking for property management in the Cedar Valley:)

Martin Inc. Realtors and Christine Willis have done a fantastic job for us managing properties in Waterloo. Christine anticipates my company's needs and handles the little problems, leaving me to focus on my company-wide goals. They have solid contacts with local contractors who do good work, fast! We appreciate everything Martin Inc does for our real estate company and couldn't recommend anyone higher!
Last year, Christian really worked with me to get me in a safe place I could afford. I now have an amazing landlord. He works hard to help with making reasonable alterations for my disabilities. He responds quickly to maintenance concerns. Thank you so much, Christine, Nicole and Martin.
