Martin was nice to work with. My loan closed 10 days late but that was due to backlog in USDA appraisal and backlog in USDA final commitment. Over all I would work with Martin again. Love our new home.
Martin was always professionally pleasant and friendly making him easy to work with, even when the road became super bumpy. Neither my interest rate or my closing cost ended at what was disclosed at the beginning, but Martin did what he could to keep the variance low, which I appreciate. There were indeed moments of frustration, but working with Martin was not one of them.
Martin was always reachable via phone and email— never waited more than an hour for him to get back to me. His products were clear, straight forward and accurate. He got me into a great loan and was flexible when I wanted to mold it to my needs. Coordination with the realtors and closer was seamless. Would recommend, would use again.
