Sheets are returned to me wrinkled and stuffed in a plastic bag. I ask that they be washed, dried and folded. My sheets are cotton knit, like a tee shirt. On occasion when you have mistakenly ironed them they are too big for my bed. That’s why I have them washed, dried and folded only. Evidently your laundry people do not understand “fold”. Therefore, I will not be sending them to your facility again since I have to redo them myself in order to get the wrinkles out and put them on my bed.
