quick and easy Marty was patient and respectful and did not pester me with endless calls. When I told him I needed to get through a huge project before I could even think about the re-finance he heard me and gave me that time. Marty made it easy for me to follow the process every step pf the way. Marty understood what my questions were and how to share them with me making it easy to understand. He called me to let me know the progress that was underway and anything additional they might need from me. Provided me with a projected date for the closing. When I indicted to him what I was going to use the money for and wanted as much as was possible, he researched it and found me an extra $3000!
