Sorry Sarah , that was during some staffing changes which made us even more busier than usual. We have more staff now. That’s not an excuse but I’m sorry I slipped up and you fell threw the cracks and I apologize
They left me without heat for the weekend because they didn't hook up my furnace correctly. Workers would constantly come stay for an hour or two and leave. It was hard to even notice what they did during that time. Lots of looking at their phone one day. Took them over a week to install a furnace and tie it into the intake vent.
