Maybe it's because of the pandemic, but I feel that communication throughout the process could have been more thorough. Everything seemed to occur last minute with no explanation. My husband and I had to engage with calls to get information even up to the closing date. Despite this, I felt that Mary had her best interest in mind for her client and perhaps the way of doing business has changed due to covid restrictions. Overall we are pleased with the rate.
