I picked satisfied. Just didn’t pick very satisfied because I feel like I did everything asked of me, but when the outcome wasn’t what was expected, I felt like I was being blamed. Mary made it work and We were able to make it happen. She was able to help us get a better rate as well. The overall outcome was satisfactory, just getting there was a stressor I wasn’t expecting at this time.

It’s not that we weren’t satisfied. It was an unplanned stressor we weren’t prepared for. We didn’t have the money to do everything we needed to, and weren’t expecting to have to stay in a hotel as long as we did. Overall, it caused a lot of stress and financial instability for too long. Definitely learned a lot so we won’t make the same mistakes in the future.

Was cleaning out my emails today, and saw that I never replied to this one - sorry. Mary Galland gets 5 stars! Alamo Title gets 3 stars, and the seller's agent gets zero stars(jerk). As a first time home buyer, I found Mary to be very patient, pleasant, and helpful - oh, and prompt! She is a true asset to your staff, and yes, I'd do business with her again. FWB

I don't know where to start. The process of buying a home was such a breeze with Mary Galland and her team at Cornerstone Home Lending. Every step was explained and nothing was left to question. When I first started the process I was full of questions and Mary Never hesitated to answer them to the best of her knowledge. She didn't mind breaking it down for me to understand certain terms Step by step process was explained to myself and my wife.
