I picked satisfied. Just didn’t pick very satisfied because I feel like I did everything asked of me, but when the outcome wasn’t what was expected, I felt like I was being blamed. Mary made it work and We were able to make it happen. She was able to help us get a better rate as well. The overall outcome was satisfactory, just getting there was a stressor I wasn’t expecting at this time.
It’s not that we weren’t satisfied. It was an unplanned stressor we weren’t prepared for. We didn’t have the money to do everything we needed to, and weren’t expecting to have to stay in a hotel as long as we did. Overall, it caused a lot of stress and financial instability for too long. Definitely learned a lot so we won’t make the same mistakes in the future.

I don't know where to start. The process of buying a home was such a breeze with Mary Galland and her team at Cornerstone Home Lending. Every step was explained and nothing was left to question.
