Completed the installation in less than an hour and gave us a thorough tutorial on the use of the awning and remte.They answered all of our SILLY questions with humor. The unit is wonderful. Its given us a shady deck to enjoy during the morning blazing sunshine. It is money well spent.

RecommendedDefinitely. From the salesperson to the installer (Adam) and co-worker everything went like clockwork. Love the color fabric we chose and installation was done in 2 hours. Better features than our first one whose company went bankrupt. Love the fact that we don't have to pay to have a cover put up and taken down yearly. Quality is excellent.
