We love our awning- what you see on the advertisement is what you get !! Exceptional product, and the wind sensor works like a charm, the wind picked up a few times now, and the awning closed on a dime :) Far exceeded my expectations !! We went with the Kaki Stripes- looks great with our Condo color -

Had a lovely time at my daughters home this weekend for Mother's Day. We spent the whole day under her new Marygrove Awning. What a difference it made! It made the deck feel so homey and kept us cool.What was really nice was how easy they could adjust it. Because it has a remote control, if someone wanted to lay out in the hammock for sun, they could with just the push of a button. I am so happy to have this installed! This is a project I have thought about doing "someday". Why did I wait so long? Can hardly wait for the sunny days, just so I can enjoy my deck again! The salesman was great, and the installers were awesome. They made sure I understood everything about using the awning before they left.
