Visited her re. my scalp lesions and losing my hair. She paid little attention to my medical history ( e.g. CABG x4) when she recommended treatment for my hair loss. No tests were taken. This treatment is clearly contraindicated re. my physical history and condition. I extended my hand to her and said thank you, and she ignored the simple, mannerly gesture of mine. She did fraxel laser treatments for acne scarring. She used higher settings the second and third treatment. The result was loss of fat from my cheek with a very noticeable indentation that looks worse every year. It am looking to a plastic reconstructive doctor to repair the damage. Very unhappy and she denied the damage was a result of the procedure but my pre- photos showed no damage but after a noticeable indentation.
