Horrific place. Terribly rude, unqualified and inconsiderate staff with no professionalism. They say they are understaffed when you ask about the lack of care for their patients. Avoid this place at all costs

This facility has been purchased by another company and they are ever so slowly doing some updates. Keith is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. I asked where the rehab room was, they didn't have a rehab room. Rehab is done in your bedroom. I asked what do you do as the patient progresses and needs to walk further than wall to wall in your bedroom? You walk outside. In the 100° + heat? For now, no one should be living here.
