This branch has refused to cancel my membership, even with proof that I requested the cancellation through corporate, online, just as two employees in this branch told me to do. Branch says corporate has to process cancellation and corporate says branch franchisee must process. I’m owed over $300.00 in refunds and last email sent directly to this branch AND corporate were completely ignored. Do not sign up for a membership with this location!!

Massage Envy Tempe really know how to mess up my anniversary gift to my husband. We arrive for our 2 hour couples massage to find out they booked it on the wrong date. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Super disappointed with the service.
