RecommendedI've been a member at ME for years now. When I moved, I transferred to this location and have loved it. Have not had a bad experience with a single staff member. It's nice to walk in and know I'll be treated like a person instead of a number. Consistently recommend this location to everyone I know in the area!

Absolutely ridiculous that my husband has been trying to cancel his membership for 3 months!!! Keeps getting the run-around! “Only manager can process this and she’s not around today. She MAY be in tomorrow”. Same story constantly. It’s shameful !!! Worse than the “Bally’s health club” scam back in the day!! Warning! Never get rooked into this place!!

I won a gift card for an hour massage good at the Warrington location at a cancer benefit last year. I went to make an appointment today and was told that it is a promotional card and expired November 2015. There is no expiration date written anywhere on this card. Can't contact corporate because each location is individually owned. Management could have used their discretion and honored it.
