I have had 3 appointments since October. In October the therapist was sick and I did not find this out until I arrived. I had 2 hours of services booked. In December, my experience was so terrible that the corporate office was involved. Today, I give it one more try. I booked an hour and a half massage. Arrived at 2:50pm. At 3:15pm I inquired about why I was still sitting in the relaxation room. "Oh, we forgot to tell you that the therapist will be late. Her car broke down." They had no idea when she would arrive.
