Therapists are great...front desk staff, including their manager, are horrible!!! Be sure to get anything they say in writing twice!!! They said they could help us make "arrangements" to use up services when we canceled membership. LIE!!!! We were told the last day to use them was the 31st of the month. The day of our appointment to use up the last few hours, they said our services expired on the 30th and there was nothing they could do. We were members for over 3 years and they refused to do anything to help us even after... read more
2nd time in 6 months where they said they "lost our reservation." Our daughter could not get in today. Very disappointed in this location's customer service. Want to like them but they make it hard.
